Role offers full time hours, safety and skills training, and a temp to hire opportunity with a well established operation. Tire Technician Details:Temp-to-Hire position$17.00 /hour. Full Time work available. Weekend work required. Various shifts available (Monday through Saturday from 07:00 am to 05:30 pm)Mount, balance, rotate, and repair tires for passenger vehicles, light trucks, large trucks, and industrial equipment. Load and unload tire inventory and assist with stock organization and inventory counts. Perform tire pressure checks and work with TPMS systems. Follow safety procedures, training guidelines, and company policies. Use shop equipment to raise vehicles, remove wheels, and install tires. Perform basic inspections and support daily shop operations. Complete other duties as assigned to support the team. Tire Technician Qualifications:Previous experience repairing, replacing, and maintaining tires on various vehicles. Strong attention to safety and ability to work in a fast paced environment. Customer service skills and ability to work as part of a team. Must be 18 years of age or older. Ability to lift and move tires weighing 35 to 75 pounds regularly, with heavier tires up to 250 pounds using mechanical assistance. Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, kneeling, squatting, standing, and walking throughout the shift. Valid driver's license required. Applicant may be subject to a background check. Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report. Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment - A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
