First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00 am to 02:30 pm)Prepare production information including drawings, cut lists, bills of materials (BOM), and routing documentation. Provide accurate information necessary for programming, machining, and assembly operations. Work closely with engineering and production teams to ensure efficient workflow. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, and cost reduction. Engineer Assistant Qualifications:Ability to manage multi tasks in a fast paced environment Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy Possess good verbal and written communication skills Ability to interact with employees and work on a team Capable of learning new skills as needed Must be detail oriented Experience using a computer and programs such as Microsoft Excel.
