  What You’ll Do:

  &Handle commercial and civil litigation matters

  & Argue motions and attend court hearings

  & Participate in depositions and trial preparation

  & Assist with case strategy and settlement negotiations

  & Draft pleadings, motions, and legal arguments

  & Engage with a wide variety of Clients

  What We’re Looking For:

  & 3 years of litigation experience

  & Experience handling motions and court appearances

  & Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills

  & Excellent negotiation skills
