Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in family law cases
  • Manage and maintain a caseload, ensuring timely and effective resolution of cases.
  • Negotiate settlements.
  • Represent clients in family court proceedings, hearings, and mediations.
  • Maintain open communication with clients, providing updates on case progress.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in family law
  • Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficient in arguing motions.
  • Adherence to ethical standards.
