Responsibilities:
- Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in family law cases
- Manage and maintain a caseload, ensuring timely and effective resolution of cases.
- Negotiate settlements.
- Represent clients in family court proceedings, hearings, and mediations.
- Maintain open communication with clients, providing updates on case progress.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in family law
- Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficient in arguing motions.
- Adherence to ethical standards.
