First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00 am to 05:00 pm)Direct and control traffic around construction zones using signs, hand signals, and communication devices. Ensure the safety of construction crews, pedestrians, and drivers at all times. Set up, adjust, and break down traffic control devices following safety regulations. Stay alert and communicate with team members about changing traffic or job site conditions. Work outdoors in varying weather while standing for extended periods and following safety protocols. Flaggers Qualifications:Must be Flagger Certified. Good and clear communication skills. Ability to stand for long periods and work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Reliable Transportation Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment.
