Temporary Diesel Shop Tech Details:

  • Temporary position
  • $20.00 /hour
  • Full Time work available
  • First Shift (Monday through Saturday from 06:00am to 05:00pm)
  • Perform basic to intermediate diesel equipment maintenance and repairs.
  • Assist with troubleshooting engines, hydraulics, and mechanical systems.
  • Complete routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and service work.
  • Support shop operations including cleaning, organizing, and parts handling.
  • Temporary coverage role with opportunity for extended assignment.

Temporary Diesel Shop Tech Qualifications:

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Prior diesel mechanic or heavy equipment maintenance experience preferred
  • Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform minor repairs independently
  • Proper handling of Hand and Power tools
  • Strong attendance and reliability. Must show up consistently and on time.
  • Applicant may be subject to a background check
  • Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
  • Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
