Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) / Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT)

A healthcare facility is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) to join their clinical team on a full-time permanent direct hire basis.

Position Details:

  • Full-time permanent direct hire position

Responsibilities:

  • Administer respiratory therapy treatments and procedures in accordance with physician orders

  • Monitor and assess patients with cardiopulmonary conditions

  • Operate and maintain respiratory therapy equipment including ventilators and oxygen delivery systems

  • Perform diagnostic testing and patient assessments

  • Respond to emergency respiratory situations and provide critical care support as needed

  • Educate patients and families regarding respiratory treatments and care plans

  • Maintain accurate patient documentation and follow regulatory and safety standards

  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support patient care

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program

  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credential required

  • Current state licensure required where applicable

  • BLS certification required; ACLS and/or PALS may be required depending on department

  • Previous respiratory therapy experience preferred

  • Strong critical thinking and communication skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment
