- Position Summary
The Head Strength & Conditioning Coach will oversee and coordinate the strength and conditioning program for the NCAA Division I athletic teams of the university. This position will work closely with head coaches in developing conditioning, weight training, and nutrition programs.

- Provide direct sports performance support for assigned sports.
- Supervision of strength and conditioning staff.
- Schedule sport usage of the sports performance center.
- Manage sports performance and nutrition budgets.
- Coordinate with Sports Dietitian to assist in implementing nutritional aspects of sports performance.
- Participate in administrative meetings
- Other duties as assigned
- Education & Experience
Minimum Qualifications
- 4 Year / Bachelors Degree in exercise science or related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience working as a strength and conditioning coach at a college/university.
- Current certification as a CSCS or SCCC strength coach. Or other recognized certification by the NCAA
- Current CPR/AED & first aid certification
- Graduate Degree in exercise science or related field.
- 5 years experience at an NCAA Division I institution.
